Working principle
This machine is a flameproof horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge,It is a new type of product developed and designed by our companydecanter.The separation principle of the LWF series explosion-proof horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge is the same as that of the standard horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge. The main difference is that its structural design pays more attention to airtightness and safety. The centrifuge adopts a unique chamber sealing mechanism and is also equipped with nitrogen filling type sealing and nitrogen filling system, which eliminates the conditions for explosion formation through inert gas and special sealing structure to achieve explosion-proof effect. Dynamically detect and interlock the working status of centrifuges. Sealed centrifuges are mainly used in situations where the medium is volatile, difficult to ignite and explode. And the centrifugal pump pressure discharge is adopted to reduce the secondary gasification of the separation liquid, improve the sealing and safety of the centrifuge.
